We propsed an Augmented Reality solution for improving the vehicle turn in process by putting the tools into the leasee’s hands. This Self-Inspection app would allow leasee’s to perform the inspection on their own and see their possible options when their lease is due.

GM Financial - Private Label

Dealerships have to process all the vehicles that are returned once the lease has ended. We proposed an improved flow and UI.

GM - TURN-IN APp

Dealerships have to process vehicles that are returned once the lease has ended. The Turn-In Manager is where they dealer can upload and review vehicles. Originally was a desktop application. We created a tablet solution which would allow the dealer to conduct the Turn-In process at the vehicle.
